ABSTRACT:
It is intended to prevent ink from leaking through the ink outlet of the ink rail while the printing press is at halt. To achieve this object, a motor control section40shown in FIG.4controls the rotation of a stepping motor15driving a plunger13and, every time the stepping motor15is stopped, the outer circumference13cof the plunger13except a cut portion13ablocks at least a discharge port18, thereby enabling the pressure ink invading from an intake port17into the main hole11of a cylinder12to press the plunger13against the discharge port18opening into the inner circumferential face of the main hole11.
