ABSTRACT:
An ink-jet recording sheet including a color material receiving layer on a substrate. The color material receiving layer contains a compound represented by the following general formula (I),In the general formula (I), R1and R2each independently represent a hydrogen atom, an aliphatic group, an aromatic group, a heterocyclic group, —COR3, —COOR4, —SO2—R5, or —N(R6)R7. R3and R5each independently represent a hydrogen atom, an aliphatic group, an aromatic group, a heterocyclic group, or —N(R8)R9. R4represents a hydrogen atom, an aliphatic group, an aromatic group, or a heterocyclic group. R6to R9each independently represent a hydrogen atom, an aliphatic group, an aromatic group, an acyl group, an alkoxy carbony group, an aryloxy carbonyl group, a carbamoyl group, an alkyl sulfonyl group, an aryl sulfonyl group, or a sulfamoyl group. R1and R2may link with each other so as to form a ring. R10to R14each independently represent a hydrogen atom, an aliphatic group, an aromatic group, a heterocyclic group, —COR31, —COOR32, or —N(R33)R34. R31represents a hydrogen atom, an aliphatic group, an aromatic group, a heterocyclic group or —N(R8)R9. R32represents a hydrogen atom, an aliphatic group, an aromatic group, or a heterocyclic group. R33and R34each independently represent a hydrogen atom, an aliphatic group, an aromatic group, an acyl group, an alkoxy carbonyl group, an aryloxy carbonyl group, a carbamoyl group, an alkyl sulfonyl group, an aryl sulfonyl group, or a sulfamoyl group.
