The electrode is covered with an inorganic passive state protective film, and the protective film has a thickness of from 0.1 .mu.m to a value smaller than 1/8 of a thickness of the wall in maximum or a density of not smaller than 1.8 g/cm.sup.3. The protective film may be formed to cover all inner surfaces of each reservoir.
