ABSTRACT:
An injection molded resin gear1includes an outside rim6, an inside hub4, a web7extending in radial directions to connect the rim6to the hub4, and circumferential ribs8which are formed on both sides9and9of the web7between the hub4and the rim6so as to be concentric with the rim6. A plurality of inside radial ribs10extending from the hub4to the circumferential ribs8are formed on the sides9and9of the web7between the hub4and the circumferential rib8so as to be arranged in regular intervals in circumferential directions. A plurality of outside radial ribs11extending from the circumferential ribs8to the rim6are formed on the sides9and9of the web7between the circumferential ribs8and the rim6in regular intervals to be displaced in circumferential directions with respect to the inside radial ribs10so as to be arranged between connecting portions at which the inside radial ribs10are connected to the circumferential rib8. In the injection molded resin gear1, injection molding gates12are arranged so as to be displaced in circumferential directions with respect to the inside radial ribs10and outside radial ribs11.
