To reliably bias drugs to a rotor side without upsizing a device, with little layout limitations, and without damaging the drugs.Biasing means that biases drugs stored in a cassette3to a rotor23side to arrange the drugs includes: a casing35; a constant load spring36provided in the casing35and having a spring part41fixed to the rotor23side of the cassette3at its tip; a locking plate42provided in the casing35and having a gear part46that engaged with and disengaged from a locking rack26formed in the cassette3; and a pressing block43projected so as to be pressed from the contact surface of the casing35in contact with the drugs and rotating the locking plate42by pressing to release the gear part46from the locking rack26.
