ABSTRACT:
The disclosed invention relates to treatment of agricultural products such as wheat with infrared radiation, particularly wheat infected with T. indica Teliospores, to kill the spores. The agricultural products are treated with infrared radiation generated by ceramic heating elements at intensities of 5-34 KW/m.sup.2 for varying time periods.
