ABSTRACT:
An igniter26accommodated in a diffuser portion20has, on a peripheral face of a cup28covering an igniting portion, a hole29covered with a sealing tape from the inside of the cup, and the hole29exactly opposes the rupturable plate19. When the igniter26is actuated, a rupturing energy is intensively discharged from the hole29to the rupturable plate19, so that the rupturing ability of the rupturable plate19can be improved.
