ABSTRACT:
An inductor element100capable of functioning properly on a substrate includes two similarly shaped conductors such as spiral conductors120, 122formed on the surface of a semiconductor substrate110. The upper conductor120and the lower conductor122have substantially the same shape, and the inner end of the conductor120is connected electrically with the outer end of the conductor122. The outer and inner ends of the conductor120are connected with lead wires130, 132, respectively, and the lead wire132connected to the inner end is led between the lower conductor122and the semiconductor substrate110to the periphery of the substrate.
