ABSTRACT:
An N-sulphonamidoethyl-indole of the formula ##STR1## in which R.sup.1 represents hydrogen, alkyl, alkoxy, alkylthio, halogen, trifluoromethyl, trifluoromethoxy, trifluoromethylthio, difluoromethoxy, aryl, arylthio, aralkyl, aralkoxy, aralkylthio, acyl or a group of the formula ##STR2## in which R.sup.5 and R.sup.6 are identical or different and denote hydrogen, alkyl, aryl, aralkyl or acyl, and
