ABSTRACT:
The invention provides compounds of formula (1) wherein R1is a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group having 1 to 6 carbon atoms or an alkoxy group having 1 to 6 carbon atoms; and R2is a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group having 1 to 6 carbon atoms or an alkoxy group having 1 to 6 carbon atoms; and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof. The invention also relates to a process for obtaining the compounds, compositions containing them and their therapeutic use. The compounds display excellent activity against mammalian cancer cell lines.
