ABSTRACT:
A process for preparing a granular automatic dishwashing detergent composition with improved solubility which comprises incorporating low foaming nonionic surfactant with a melting point between about 77.degree. F. (25.degree. C.) and about 140.degree. F. (60.degree. C.) into alkali metal silicate particles, and admixing the silicate with substantially silicate free base granules.
