An inbred maize line, designated 291B, having early relative maturity, increased row number compared to C13 and herbicide tolerance, the plants and seeds of inbred maize line 291B and descendants thereof, methods for producing a maize plant produced by crossing the inbred line 291B with itself or with another maize plant, and hybrid maize seeds and plants produced by crossing the inbred line 291B with another maize line or plant.
