ABSTRACT:
An in-plane switching mode LCD device improves an aperture ratio and a process margin and minimizes disclination. The in-plane switching mode LCD device inc1udes: gate lines formed on a substrate; data lines having a plurality of bent portions to cross the gate lines, the data and gate lines forming a pixel region; a plurality of data electrodes and common electrodes having a plurality of bent portions; and common lines on the bent portions of the data lines, the data electrodes and the common electrodes.
