A new and distinct cultivar of DoubleImpatiensplant named ‘Cobimpto’, characterized by its compact, mounded and outwardly spreading plant habit; freely basal branching habit; dark green leaves; large red purple-colored flowers; fully double flower form; freely flowering habit; and flowers positioned above and beyond the foliage.
