ABSTRACT:
A thermoplastic composition characterized by high impact strength and flex-resistance, based on a graft copolymer of resin-forming monomer (e.g., styrene-acrylonitrile) on EPDM type of rubber (especially a terpolymer of ethylene, propylene and 5-ethylidene-2-norbornene) having a Mooney viscosity of at least 55 ML-4 at 257.degree. F. and an iodine number of at least 15.
