The present invention aims to provide an iminopyridine derivative compound having an α1Dadrenergic receptor antagonistic action, which is useful as an agent for the prophylaxis or treatment of a lower urinary tract disease and the like. The present invention provides a compound represented by the formulawherein each symbol is as defined in the specification, or a salt thereof.
