ABSTRACT:
The invention relates to 2-imidazo-benzothiazoles of general formulawherein R1, R2, R3, R4, R5, R6, R7, R′, R″, X, R′″ and n are defined herein, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.It has been found that the compound of formula I are adenosine receptor ligands with good affinity to the A1and A3receptors. These compounds have useful pharmaceutical activities.
