ABSTRACT:
An electrostatographic imaging process comprising the steps of forming an electrostatic latent image on a surface and developing said image by contacting it with an electrostatographic developer material comprising particles, the particles including finely-divided toner material have a particle size of up to about 30 microns, a melting point of at least about 110.degree. F, a melt viscosity of less than about 2.5 .times. 10.sup..sup.-4 poise at temperatures up to about 450.degree. F, the toner material comprising a colorant, a thermoplastic resin consisting essentially of a vinyl polymer having a melting point of at least about 110.degree. F, and from about 5 percent to about 55 percent by weight, based on the weight of the vinyl polymer, of an arylsulfonamide formaldehyde adduct having a melting point between about 50.degree. F and about 250.degree. F, whereby at least a portion of the toner material is attracted to and held on the surface in conformance to the electrostatic latent image.
