ABSTRACT:
The invention relates to compounds of formula: (I) or a salt or solvate thereof, wherein: R1is —11CH2R5or [18F]—C1-4fluoroalkyl wherein R5is hydrogen or C1-4alkyl; R2is hydrogen or C1-4alkyl; R3is halo; and R4is halo, C1-4alkylthio, or C1-4alkyl; and their use for imaging central nervous system (CNS) receptors.
