ABSTRACT:
An image pick-up device comprises an insulating substrate, and a plurality of pixels each including a photo-electric conversion circuit, a thin-film transistor connected to the photoelectric conversion circuit and including a lamination of an insulating film and a semiconductor film, the pixels being mounted in an array on the insulating substrate. A plurality of signal lines read the voltage store in the photoelectric conversion circuit through the thin-film transistors formed on the insulating substrate. A plurality of wirings are formed on the insulating substrate. An insulating film having the same lamination as the thin-film transistor is formed between the wiring and the signal line at each crossing thereof.
