ABSTRACT:
An amount of toner adhered to a toner image formed on the photosensitive drum using decolorizing toner when forming an image is controlled to 0.75 (mg/cm2) or below. As a result, a toner image formed on a paper is erased satisfactorily for the purpose of reusing the paper and the image density remaining on the paper is lowered.
