ABSTRACT:
An IC tag label1A includes an inlet substrate11; an antenna pattern2and an IC chip3which are provided on one surface of the inlet substrate11; and an adhesive layer6which is mounted on the other surface of the inlet substrate11. A release paper7is attached to the adhesive layer6. An opening12which serves as a clearance for the IC chip3is provided in a portion of the release paper7and adhesive layer6, the portion corresponding to the IC chip3.
