ABSTRACT:
(Hydroxyphenyl)phosphine derivatives of the formula ##STR1## are effective in stabilizing organic materials against oxidative, thermal and actinic degradation, said derivatives being particularly effective as process stabilizers in organic materials containing phenolic antioxidants.
