ABSTRACT:
A hydrolasing system for use in storage tanks includes a remotely-operated water lance having an elongated main body and an axle assembly that folds parallel to the main body so that it can be deployed and retrieved through a small-diameter riser of storage tank. After deployment, the system can be remotely operated within the tank to remove hardened salt cake.
