ABSTRACT:
A bearing sleeve8is press-fitted into a housing7, and an axial portion2aof an axial member2is inserted into the inner peripheral surface8aof the bearing sleeve8, and then a thrust member10is attached to the lower end of the inner peripheral surface7cof the housing7and positioned in a predetermined position to fix it by ultrasonic welding. The lower end of the housing7is pressed against the outer peripheral surface of the thrust member10with applying ultrasonic vibration, to fix the melting junction surface of the housing7on the thrust member10.
