ABSTRACT:
A reversible liquid solid phase change composition comprising Mg(NO.sub.3).sub.2.6H.sub.2 O/NH.sub.4 NO.sub.3, and one of the group of MgO, CaO, Mg(OH).sub.2, and/or Ca(OH).sub.2, added to the composition in an effective amount to suppress supercooling of the Mg(NO.sub.3).sub.2.6H.sub.2 O/NH.sub.4 NO.sub.3 liquid phase.
