A new cultivar ofHydrangeaplant named ‘Little Honey’ that is characterized by compact spreading habit, panicles of white flowers in summer, golden-chartreuse foliage in summer that turns scarlet in fall, and red stem color in winter. In combination these traits set ‘Little Honey’ apart from all other existing varieties ofHydrangeaknown to the inventor.
