A new and distinct cultivar ofHydrangeaplant named ‘Hokomarevo’, characterized by its upright plant habit; strong erect stems; relatively small leaves; and mophead-type inflorescences with durable flowers that are initially light red purple in color becoming red purple and light green with development.
