A new and distinct cultivar ofHydrangeaplant named ‘Dancing Angel’, characterized by its upright and mounded plant habit; strong roots and stems; strong and dark green-colored leaves that are dark yellow and purple-variegated in the autumn; and large mophead-type inflorescences with pink and red purple bi-colored flowers.
