ABSTRACT:
The present invention discloses fusion proteins of the immunodominant antigens ESAT-6 and Ag85B fromMycobacterium tuberculosisor homologues thereof, and a tuberculosis vaccine based on the fusion proteins, which vaccine induces efficient immunological memory.
