ABSTRACT:
Simplifying the controller of hybrid type drive unit. The output of a generator driven by engine is connected directly to a motor7through a converter or switching circuit10without being charged on any battery. The output of each phase of the generator is inputted to the converter10. A timing controller126controls the conduction phase of a thyristor bridge101in the converter10so as to adjust the quantity of output power. A synchronous standard for phase control is formed based on output wave of an auxiliary winding26of the generator. A voltage detector124detects an applied voltage on the motor7as a motor rotation speed and the conduction angle is increased or decreased so as to maintain a detected voltage at a target value.
