ABSTRACT:
A method for obtaining hybrid Brassica napus having high-parent heterosis with respect to seed yield includes the steps of crossing a spring line to a (winter.times.spring) F.sub.1 hybrid, where the (winter.times.spring) F.sub.1 hybrid retains a spring growth habit.
