ABSTRACT:
A humidity detection circuit includes a bridge circuit containing temperature sensing elements. The bridge circuit is connected in series to a current limiting resistance, a current controlling element and a power supply. There is a set of resistances arranged in parallel with the current limiting resistor and the bridge circuit. A voltage comparing circuit is operatively connected to the bridge circuit the current limiting resistance and the set of resistances. A control section is provided to detect the potential of a junction between the bridge circuit and the current limiting resistance. Based upon the detector potential, the humidity detection circuit changes resistance value of a resistor in the set to an optimal level so that temperature drift does not occur.
