A sealing device12bof a hub unit bearing O has a first slinger16fixed to an inner ring5, a second slinger17fixed to an outer ring1, and a sealing portion18which is fixed to the first slinger16and is slide-contacted with the second slinger17. A magnetic encoder20is fixed to the first slinger16. The magnetic encoder20and the sealing portion18are bond-fixed to the first slinger16with the same adhesive agent.
