ABSTRACT:
The hsp60 gene from a strain ofArthrobacterhas been isolated and sequenced. The encoded protein is believed to be highly immunogenic, especially in fish, and also has utility as a non-specific adjuvant, and as an adjuvanting carrier for heterologous antigens.
