ABSTRACT:
A mechanical device for killing fire ants by the introduction of hot water and steam to the fire ant mound. The invention uses a hydraulic cylinder to ram a metal probe deep into an ant mound. In the preferred embodiment, the invention is adapted to be mounted on an agricultural tractor.
