The device is a continuous length of wire formed to constitute straight parts which form radially shaped first ends acting as a pointer and angled parts at a second end connected so as to enable fastening in the hip region with the pointer extending essentially radially to the longitudinal axis of the torso to make the rotation of the hips visible during the swing motion. The straight parts may be length adjustable.
