A pair of projection elements42, 42are formed on the opposite sides of an inner link4. Each projection element42is formed with a cutout recess42b. A fitting shaft part72a, which is formed on each end of an abutment shaft72, is inserted into the cutout recess42bthrough an open part thereof and turnably fitted to a bottom part of the cutout recess42b. A second abutment part71cof a coiled spring71is abutted with an enlarged-diameter part72bof the abutment shaft72. The abutment shaft72is biased towards the bottom side of the cutout recess43bfrom the open part side thereof by the coiled spring71.
