ABSTRACT:
The present invention is directed to a high-voltage capacitor, high-voltage capacitor device and magnetron in which, undesirable radiation waves generated in the frequency range of 450 MHz to 1000 MHz in a magnetron are suppressed to such a level that there is no adverse effect on the peripheral devices. The dielectric porcelain comprises a body210and through holes211, 212.The body210includes a portion (216, 217) that is narrowed on both sides in the middle of the body in the plan view. The through holes211, 212are formed in the body, arranged at a distance from each other over the narrowed portion (216, 217). One individual electrode213is provided on the surface of the body210at which the through hole211opens. The other individual electrode214is provided on the surface of the body210at which the through hole212opens. The common electrode215is provided on another surface of the body210at which the through holes211, 212open.
