ABSTRACT:
High temperature melting molybdenum-chromium-silicon alloys having good high temperature strength and specific stiffness are described which comprise Mo--Cr--Si alloys in the Mo-rich (Mo, Cr)--(Mo, Cr).sub.3 Si two-phase field.
