ABSTRACT:
A superconducting film is disclosed which consists of a rare earth alkaline earth copper oxide having an R.sub.1 A.sub.2 C.sub.3 crystalline phase over an R.sub.2 A.sub.1 C.sub.1 crystalline phase.
