ABSTRACT:
A high-speed semi-dynamic flip-flop circuit uses a keeper transistor to replace the back-to-back inverter keeper circuit of prior art semi-dynamic flip-flop circuits to avoid the fight between a first node, or OUTBAR node, and the prior art back-to-back inverter keeper circuit. The result is a faster semi-dynamic flip-flop circuit that is also immune to noise.
