ABSTRACT:
A high modulus polyester molded article is obtained by molding an aromatic polyester which comprises at least one structural unit selected from the following structural units (I) to (III), the structural units (II)+(III) being less than 10 mol % of the structural units (I)+(II)+(III), and which is capable of forming anisotropic melt: ##STR1## wherein X represents at least one group selected from ##STR2## Y represents at least one group selected from ##STR3## and Z represents at least one group selected from ##STR4##
