ABSTRACT:
A high-frequency heating apparatus with a steam generating function, which heat-treats a to-be-heated object by supplying at least high-frequency waves or steam to a heating chamber11that accommodates the object. This high-frequency heating apparatus has a high frequency wave generating portion13, a steam generating portion15for generating steam in the heating chamber11, and a circulating fan17for agitating air in the heating chamber11. Moreover, the high-frequency heating apparatus has a chamber air heater19for heating air circulating in the heating chamber11. The steam generating portion15generates steam by heating an evaporating dish35that has a water storing recess.
