ABSTRACT:
The invention aims to provide a high-frequency device enable to protect circuits connected to an antenna terminal from possible intruding static electricity or high voltage noises. Diplexer11connected to antenna terminal10carries out demultiplexing or multiplexing frequency for GSM or DCS band. Circuits to process frequency for GSM and DCS band have switches13and14respectively for switching to transmit or to receive signals for diplexer11. Switch13and14are connected to low pass filters15and16respectively to clear off higher harmonics in transmitting signals, and are connected to SAW filters17and18having respective specific pass bands. Filters15, 16, 17and18are connected to terminals19, 20, 21and22respectively. Moreover, a first end of varistor23is connected between antenna terminal10and diplexer11and a second end of varistor23is connected to ground terminal24.
