ABSTRACT:
In a plasma welding process, a voltage is applied between an electrode and an object for welding with injecting a plasma gas to generate a plasma, and welding is performed with taking the plasma as a heat source. The process cyclically varies energy contained in a plasma arc by cyclically varying a plasma gas flow rate.
