ABSTRACT:
A new composition of matter comprising an acrylamide or methacrylamide monomer characterized by the following structural formula: ##STR1## wherein R.sub.1 and R.sub.2 are hydrogen or methyl; R.sub.3, R.sub.4, R.sub.5, R.sub.6 and R.sub.7 are lower alkyls; n is an integer ranging from 1 to 6; and X and Y are the same or different anions.
