A new and distinct cultivar ofHibiscusplant named ‘ISLAND MAGIC’, characterized by a large multicolored flower with a red center, radiating out to shades of orange-red with a yellow halo around the edges. ‘ISLAND MAGIC’ is a free flowering plant with an upright, compact habit, and glossy, dark green foliage.
