The new and distinct plant cultivar of hardyHibiscusnamed ‘Sultry Kiss’ comprising heavily branched purple tinted stems containing three-lobed maple-like foliage with burgundy tinting, and flowers with heavily overlapped magenta red petals and crimson red eye, over at least 12 weeks during the summer and early fall until frost.
