The new and distinct plant cultivar of hardyHibiscusnamed ‘Party Favor’ comprising a multitude of flowers with ruffled and heavily overlapped cotton-candy pink petals and deep magenta eye, three to five-lobed maple-like foliage with purple tinting and heavily branched stems heavily with purple tinting producing a numerous flowers over at least 12 weeks during the summer and early fall until frost.
